FAQ

If your country is not listed in the postage list, please email me prior to purchase to request international shipping and, if approved, get an estimate of shipping costs. If import restrictions have changed in your country to prohibit the import of your StoneWyre purchase, I will regretably be required to cancel the sale. Buyer is responsible for all shipment- and import-related fees, including, but not limited to, postage, customs, tariffs, etc.
I personally make every piece. I use stones from all around the world. Swarovski crystals from Europe, Charoite from Siberia, Opal from Peru, and turquoise from the USA. Where possible, I buy from American sources. For example, my silver wire comes from the USA--it is recycled, too. My glass pendants come from American artists. I buy "free trade" whenever I can. That means all the producers (miners, cutters, polishers, etc.) get paid a fair wage. It makes my jewelry more expensive, but I sleep better knowing I'm not supporting child labor or slave labor (eg. political prisoners). You'll feel better, too, knowing that you're supporting the artists and producers (not middle-men) AND getting a quality product.
Many designs can be adjusted. Just email the sizing details. I'll let you know if it can be done. I'm happy to consider modifications.
One of the benefits to working directly with the artist is flexibility. Email me with your request and I'll see what I can do! I do many commissions on this basis.
